4. Season MaintenanceUnlimited maintenance visits throughout the season. Storm damage, bulb failures, timer issues, strand-outs — call or text and a crew comes within 24–48 hours at no charge. Major regional weather events trigger proactive visits to front-of-home displays.
5. TakedownScheduled January 2 through January 31. Same two-person crew removes all lights, clips, cords, and timers. Zero trace — no holes, no residue, no damaged shingles. Clips are recycled; strands go to our facility for inspection and storage.
